On November 29, 2005, the Division of Water Quality (Division) received an e-mail correspondence from Mr. Bob Branch of,Branch Residuals & Soils, L.L.C. regarding the above referenced permit. In this correspondence, Mr. Branch stated that he had been contracted to assist Dunbar Foods Corporation in preparing its permit renewal application package for submittal to the Division. Mr. Branch also stated that, in performing his contracted duties, he has encountered some difficulties in obtaining ;all of the information required to prepare a complete and accurate package.
