The financially responsible party listed on the FRO form was changed from ITS Maintenance, LLC to Colonial Pipeline.
This change means all of the permittee information on the NCG01 must be updated to match Colonial Pipeline. That will
be Tabs B1, E, and D9 (the NOI certification form). The person signing as "legally responsible person" must also be an
officer at Colonial Pipeline.
Please submit a new NOL To auto -populate the new NOI, select'Yes' for the first question & enter NOI number 96226.
