In accordance with North Carolina General Statute § 90A-37, the Water Pollution Control System
Operators Certification Commission is required to classify all water pollution control systems.
Upon a review of the subject permit, the Water Pollution Control System Operators Certification
Commission has determined that the subject facility be classified as a:
Grade I Biological Water Pollution Control Treatment System (WW-I)
Effective: July 1, 2022

No action is needed at this time. This reclassification does not affect the certified operators currently
designated as ORC and backup ORC. [15A NCAC 08G .0201(1) & (2)]
To make any changes in operator designations, please submit an updated Operator Designation Form.
