Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on June 27, 2022. Parker
Williamson was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
- NPDES inspection sheets were not available and need to be kept on site. According to Parker, the records are up to
date and will be kept at the site moving forward.
- Station 15+80 - Add cover to any exposed soils below or adjacent to end bent.
- Station 16+40 - Remove small amount of gravel from JS below end bent.
Continue to add ground cover per NPDES stabilization timeframes.
