We have replaced the existing, ancient package plant...with an AdvanTex media filter. The Engineer Certification is in
process. We would like to ask that the plant be reclassified from a Grade 2 plant to a Grade 1 plant. Do you need
anything from me in order to do so?

Their permit was issued last year and doesn't expire until 2026. Is this AtC making the facility a WW-3 grade?

Steve — thank you for following up with the attached. I've copied Charles Weaver of the NPDES permitting unit so he can
forward them to whoever has been assigned this permit modification. I can only classify what is currently permitted.
The way the reclassification process goes is that once the permit modification is drafted by the NPDES permit writer,
they will send us a copy of the draft to review. Once the permit has an effective date I can reclassify and send the
permittee a notification for their files.
