vi) Notes and Additional Information
This is a partial report for SW 003 and SW 001 The other reports for this outfall are 08 -JUL -0641 and 08-
JUN -0400 SW 001 had a quality control failure for BOD on the grab sample The value must be flagged when
reporting to the state The oxygen depeletion was <2 0 The BOD results are considered questionable
The following parameters contained quality control failures for matrix spike recovery, but the spike was not
performed on this sample ammonia The following parameters contained quality control failures for duplicate
relative percent difference, the quality control was not performed on this sample mercury and TKN These quality
control failures should be documented when reporting result, but these results are still considered valid

DF - Dilution Factor, if reported, represents the factor applied to the reported data due to changes in sample preparation, dilution of
the sample aliquot, or moisture content
ND - Not Detected at or above adjusted reporting limit
J - Estimated concentration above the adjusted method detection limit and below the adjusted reporting limit
MOIL -Adjusted Method Detection Limit
S - Surrogate
1,2- Diphenylhydrazine (8270 listed analyte) decomposes to Azobenzene
Consistent with EPA guidelines, unrounded data are displayed and have been used to calculate % recovery and RPD values
LCS(D) - Laboratory Control Sample (Duplicate)
MS(D) - Matrix Spike (Duplicate)
DUP - Sample Duplicate
RPD - Relative Percent Difference
NC - Not Calculable
Pace Analytical is NELAP accredited Contact your Pace PM for the current list of accredited analytes
ANALYTE QUALIFIERS
B2 Oxygen usage is less than 2 0 for all dilutions set The reported value is an estimated less than value and is calculated
for the dilution using the most amount of sample
MO Matrix spike recovery was outside laboratory control limits
R1 RPD value was outside control limits
R3 RPD value was outside control limits due to uncertainty of values at or near the PRL
u1 Results based upon colony counts outside acceptable range
