Brianna and Bethany,
Thank you for the response. We appreciate the insight and direction regarding Ecoflo Holding, Inc.'s permit. We do not
anticipate that any new contacts will need to be added to your database, but will use the links provided below if
anything changes on our end. Thank you for that information.
Have a great afternoon.
Thanks,
Brett

Brett,
If Ecoflo Holding, Inc. is remaining the party legally responsible for the permit, then no permit modification is needed.
However, if there will need to be any new contacts added to our database (such as described below), please use the
links on our website, which have been copied below, to fill out and submit as needed/required.
How to Update Permit Data
Enter your stormwater permit number into the Stormwater Permit Summary Report and you will see a
form that includes the address of the facility, contact information for the permit, and the regulated
stormwater outfall(s) for the facility.
To update the:
• Facility name or ownership, complete the Name/Ownership Change Form.
• Legally responsible person, complete the Owner Designation/Affiliation Form.
• Facility address or contact information, email Bethany Georgoulias.
• Billing contact, email Aziza Selkane.
• Stormwater outfall information, email Bethany Georgoulias.
I have also copied Bethany Georgoulias on this email, as she has more experience in the Stormwater Program. Bethany,
please correct if this information is wrong.
Thank you,

Brianna,
Hope you are doing well this morning. I just spoke with your office and they advised that it was best to reach you via
email today. I'm with the law firm Parker Poe in Charlotte and our firm is representing a party in a transaction involving
a site in Greensboro that has an existing NPDES Stormwater Permit (NCS000567) issued by your office. Please see the
attached Permit for your reference. As indicated in the Permit, the permit holder and legal owner/operator of the site is
Ecoflo Holding, Inc.
The way the transaction is structured is that our client will buy the shares of the current permit holder (Ecoflo Holding,
Inc.). When our transaction is completed, the permit holder and legal owner/operator of the site will remain Ecoflo
Holding, Inc., so nothing related to the Permit will change or need to be modified. Again, that entity will not change on
the Permit or any other permits from NCDEQ or EPA.
We would like to confirm that we will not need to submit any NPDES permit modification or transfer notices in
connection with the transaction involving the shares of the current permit holder. Please let me know if you have any
questions or need additional information regarding the transaction. I am grateful for your assistance and insight. Please
feel free to contact me directly at (704) 335-9885.
Thank you,
Brett Miller
