Hey Chris,
As we discussed, there isn't a restriction on the type of surface for the greenway. I'll let you know what I find out about
mitigation for the additional two feet of stream impact. Please go ahead and send an agent authorization and a letter
from the new owner stating that they have received a copy of the 401 WQC for the project and intend to comply with it.

Jennifer -
I just got posed the following question as it relates to the dam:
What are the material (concrete / mulch / pea gravel) restrictions for a greenway that would cross the top of the dam?
The crossing was approved under the 401 as crossing G -10 in the amount of 1,495 sqft (zone 1) and 313 sqft (zone 2).
The mitigation has been paid. I can find no description or restrictions with the application. And, I would like to assume that
we can use concrete and make it ADA accessible.
Please let me know if I am off base and also let me know how your review of the modification is going
