D5. One of the uploaded grading permits hasn't been approved by anyone and they have two different permit numbers,
though one appears to be a modification of the other. Please contact Cary to verify these are the correct documents and
to get LD-22-14 signed by the approving official. Generally, there is only one permit per project, even if there is a
modification.
D9. Beginning June 1, 2022, NOI certification forms need to have a wet signature. No digital/computer generated
signatures will be accepted.
