Neuse River Buffer rules (15A NCAC 2B .0233) for your property located on Hilburn Drive, Raleigh, NC. This
request is on the February 7, 2001 agenda of the Water Quality Committee of the Environmental Management
Commission starting at 11 a.m. The meeting is located in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale
