Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 5-25-22 letter to Cervini Farms North Carolina, Inc.
attached.

The system has had a hard time meeting the low ammonia limits and BOD limits since
installation.

With the fixed media system, we are limited to the adjustments we can make to enhance
the performance to the effluent. We have reviewed the system with the equipment
supplier and design engineer and made adjustments to pod run times. We also tried to
introduce nitrifier bacteria which only seemed to raise the BOD limits.

The owner is having the septic tanks pumped to make sure any grease or greenhouse
waste buildup is not causing continual violations for ammonia nitrogen and BOD levels.

Per conversation with Mikal Wilmer we will submit the PPI-002 flows assuming they use
all the treated water we send them and submit amended reports for September 2021 to
current.
