The Rockfish Creek WRF (NPDES #NC0050105) Phase I Project is complete.
With the completion of this project, the Public Works Commission of the" city of
Fayetteville is requesting authorization to operate under the 16.0 MGD permit beginning
January 1, 2002.
The PWC has reviewed all of the changes under the new permitted flow of 16.0
MGD and will comply as specified. If there are any further questions on this request
