HOKE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Grantee"), with a mailing address of 2919
Breezewood Avenue, Suite 100, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28303.
The designation Grantor and Grantee as used herein shall include said parties, their heirs,
successors, and assigns, and shall include singular, plural, masculine, feminine or neuter as required by
context.
WITNESSETH
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has remised and released and by these presents does remise,
release, convey, and forever quitclaim unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, all such right, title,
claim and interest of the Grantor in or to that certain lot or parcel of land situated in Hoke County, North
Carolina and more particularly described as follows (the "Property"):
