.10031 THIS IS A LOW DENSITY PROJECT (1.1 DWELLINGS PER ACRE) TO REMAIN LESS THAN 24% BUILT UPON AREA.
.10031 DISPERSED FLOW - THIS PROJECT SHALL BE DESIGNED TO MAXIMIZE DISPERSED FLOW THROUGH VEGETATED AREAS AND MINIMIZE
CHANNELIZATION OF FLOW. PLEASE NOTE, HOWEVER, THERE ARE TWO EXISTING CHANNELS. PIPED FLOW WILL BE LIMITED TO
EXISTING CHANNEL RUNOFF FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF ONE ROAD CROSSING AND TO AVOID BISECTING ONE LOT. SOME OF THE
EXISTING CHANNEL FLOW WILL BE CONVEYED THROUGH NEW VEGETATED CONVEYANCES.

DOES NOT ERODE DURING THE PEAK FLOW FROM THE 10-YEAR STORM.
.10031 VEGETATED SETBACKS - WHILE THERE ARE NO STREAMS PER THE NRCS OR USGS MAPS, THERE IS A PORTION OF A POND ON THE
SITE AND VEGETATED SETBACKS WILL BE MAINTAINED AROUND THE NORMAL POOL.
.10031 STORWMATER OUTLETS - STORMWATER OUTLETS SHALL BE DESIGNED SO THAT THEY DO NOT CAUSE EROSION DOWNSLOPE OF THE
