This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection. The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. A permit renewal application was submitted in 2018 but was put on hold by Raleigh. *Mr. Murdock does a very good job with regards to keeping records. *The flow meter was calibrated on March 10, 2022. *The new secondary clarifiers were clean and operating properly. *The WWTP appeared to be well operated and maintained. No discrepancies were noted during the inspection.
