Dear Ms. Powell,
We have received and reviewed the information provided in response to our stormwater
audit. This letter is to serve as Action 1 as listed in the needed actions.
Our staff is preparing to self -audit the permit sections listed in Action 2 and will provide
those results within the 120 day window provided. Additionally, staff will adjust the draft
SWMP based upon discussions during the audit and submit it for review and approval
within the 120 day window.
The City of Concord has already submitted an application for permit renewal as stated in
Action 4. If additional information is needed, please advise.
Action 5 will be complied with once the permit and SWMP are approved.
