Anyone within the MCB Camp LeJeune Organization who is delegated authority from the Legally Responsible Individual (Neal Paul) can resubmit it. It just needs to be requested by the Permittee instead of a different party. We should probably make this requirement more clear on our form like we do for our other NCG01 applications to avoid confusion. We'll make revisions to improve that! Good morning, We are reviewing this modification request and noticed that the submitter appears to be from a different organization than the permittee (who is listed as "MCB Camp Lejeune" on the permit). Is that correct? Modification requests must be submitted by an authorized individual within the Permittee organization.
