Stormwater Program staff member will be in touch with more information.
Comments during review: Please provide the proper legal documentation of transfer of ownership (such as relevant
pages of a contract deed, or a bill of sale) is required for an ownership change request. Articles of incorporation and
Asset of Purchase are not sufficient for an ownership change.

I wanted to follow up on this. I don't think the ownership has been updated? I do not see any pending requests in the
online form. A Name/Ownership change should be submitted through here: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-
Name-Owner-Change There is a form that must be signed an uploaded, but also mailed in, when that form is
completed.
The permit is active (fees are paid), and this is the info we have below. You'd sent new billing contact information in
your last email, but it looks like everything is still the former person because the owner has not been updated.

I apologize — I didn't remember the details of the previous emails (we've had to keep up with so much extra since we
lost so many staff back in the fall — I've lost track of many of them). Since the permit is expired, the fees will need to
be paid in order to renew it again, even if it's under new ownership. We will do our best to get to this ownership
change when we can. If you submitted it, it is still pending. I realize the permit COC is still listed under the old owner
in our system until then.

permit, we need the current permit -holder and the new one to whom it's being transferred to sign.
