3 projects are:
SAW-2022-00550/ NCDOT-NC 32 Scour protection/Trotman Creek/Gates
SAW-2018-01558/NCDOT-Harvey Point Road/5 Pipe Replacements/Perquimans
SAW-2018-01639/NCDOT-Manning Road/Pipe Replacement/Martin
