On May 4, 2022, staff from the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) performed a Compliance Evaluation
Inspection. The Groundwater remediation system appears to be following the above listed permit.
The MRO would like to thank Mr. Stan Golaski of Rogers and Calcott for extending his time to assist with
making this inspection possible.
This permit is scheduled to renew at the end of August 2023. Please submit the permit
renewal/modification application no later than 180 days before the permit expiration date.
