Dear Mr. Wentz:
The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) received and reviewed the 2021 Annual Report (AR) for
the above permit. The report indicates that a total residual amount of 948.61 dry tons was land
applied on eleven program permitted fields with a total land application area of 367.80 acres.
All analytical data appears to be present. The report indicates the program is in compliance
with the permit for the Class B residuals.
