Project No. 0582
Dear Ms. Kerr:
By letter dated May 29, 1985 (copy attached) NPDES
Permit Limits were requested for Cedar Creek at SR 1116
in Franklin County for a wastewater flow of 0.50 MGD.
To date we have received no response. As indicated in the
previous letter, an EPA grant is pending for this project.
The grant is expected to be awarded prior to October 1,
1985. However, the engineering report on which the grant
is based cannot be completed without the information
requested from you.
Your swift action regarding this matter would be greatly
appreciated. The loss of this grant would be a great
detrimental blow to Franklin County.
