Water — Current infrastructure has capacity to service the proposed subdivision referred as the Villages. A plans have been approved for the installation of looped water system. Infrastructure adjacent to the development will support the submitted plans. Per the submitted plans, the Town of Maiden will accept ownership of the installed utilities upon completion and final certification of all lines. 2. Sewer — Sewer is currently available adjacent to the proposed property. Wastewater treatment plant does currently have capacity. Plant is permitted for 1 million gallons per day and currently treats about 550,000 gallons. The proposed subdivision would add an estimated additional flow of 70000 gallons per day, upon complete build out, which would still be under the allowed normal flow. Per the submitted plans, the Town of Maiden will accept ownership of the installed utilities upon completion and final certification of all lines. 3. Electric — Delivery point on GKN Way has capacity to serve the sub -division on an existing circuit. Power would be extended for the subdivision from GKN Way.
