To Whom It May Concern:
The septic system at 5010 Glenn Road is a wastewater treatment system permitted under
Certificate of Coverage No. NCG551012. This system is due for an inspection by the North
Carolina Department of Water Resources (NC DWR). An inspector visited your residence on
April 22nd and left an information packet requesting a callback. To date our office has not heard
back.

permit requirements and you are not the homeowner (i.e. you are renting), please have the
current property owner contact me.
Failure to allow NC DWR staff access to inspect may be a violation of the General NPDES Permit.
