Dear Mr. Denton:
Hanson Aggregates Southeast LLC is hereby submitting the original, signed hard copies of the
1st quarter Data Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for each stormwater permitted facility located in the
Raleigh region. Those NC sites are listed in the table below. For each site, we have included
DMRs for each wastewater outfall and DMRs for each stormwater DMR.

and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 30 mg/L. Outfalls to Trout Waters (Tr) and Primary Nursery Areas (PNA) have a Monthly Average Effluent
Limit for TSS of and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 15 mg/L. Industrial Sand and Phosphate mines discharging to all other water
classification have a Monthly Average Effluent Limit for TSS of 25 mg/L and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of
