for $570 for the above referenced project The DWR has determined that your application was
incomplete as discussed below.
Additional Information Requested:
1. DWR requires 5 copies of the full application to start the review process Please remit four
(4) additional copies of the application package to the below address.
2. The application proposes 0 72 acres of wetland impacts which is below the threshold of 1
acre and therefore requires only a $240 application fee. DWR is returning check # 0118
and it is enclosed with this letter. Please remit a check for $240 for the correct application
fee and reference DWR Project # 14-0432 on your payment and send to the below address.
