Hi Mark,
Your PCN application states that you are requesting a NW 42 but the cover letter requests a
NW14. Which Corps NW authorization are you seeking for the greenway project? It makes a
difference in that the 401 will either be a written Individual Permit that takes more time to
prepare and receive vs. a non-written approval which takes little time. Our 401s need to
correspond to the correct Corps authorization. Let me know which permit you are requesting
for the Mt Airy Greenway.
