application was incomplete and /or provided inaccurate information as discussed below.
Additional Information Requested:
1. The correct application fee for this project is $240. DWR is returning check # 4042 and it
is enclosed with this letter. - Please remit a check for $240 for the correct application fee
for the project review. Please remit a check to DENR -DWR, 1650 Mail Service Center,
Raleigh, NC 27699 -1650. Please reference DWR Project # 14 -0410 on your payment.
Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. If not received
by DWR within 30 days, the application will be returned. This letter only addresses the
application fee and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers.
Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this
time) by the DWR.
