It's an outrageous plan and should absolutely not be approved. Shame n the General Assembly for entering into
this sweetheart deal. Even if the machines were capable of doing anything other than temporarily suppressing
algae it would be a bad idea. Upstream towns/businesses need to clean up /reduce their pollution, not send it to
the lake unabated. That's what the CWA requires and the Corps needs to reject this plan.
