• Audit Report
o HDR is working to complete the template audit report from the mock audit and a brief memo
summarizing higher level findings from the mock audit.
o Mallory to incorporate here own notes into the template audit report for preparation of
upcoming audit.
o NCDEQ (Jeanette Powell) presented on the state of the audits and findings at the SWANC
Quarterly on November8t". She offered some guidance on trends and areas to focus.
o NCDEQ did not offer any preview of audit dates for 2022 communities at the SWANC Quarterly
meeting
• Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Plan
o Mallory provided the Town's in progress plan, which Tunde and Patrick have only briefly
reviewed.
o HDR should focus on assisting in the development of the plan in a few ways.
■ Compare plan with other plans and suggest the addition of certain sections and items
from other plans for consideration by the Town. The Town will incorporate what they
desire to perform.
■ Review the overall document forsuggestions to relate it more to the NCDEQ permit,
terminology, and expectations.
■ Provide any input on organization and flow of the document. The Town will perform
final formatting.
■ HDR should submit its comments to the Town after Thanksgiving so that it can finalized
by the Town and sent back to HDR for final review by Christmas.
• Post Construction Reviews
o Status of the various reviews was updated in the table below.
o HDR recommended that the Town share the link to their comments to the developer when
requesting clarification. Seeing what the Town submitted to the developer is helpful in tracking
the comment and the initial response from the developer.
