• Post Construction Reviews
0 Only Express Oil is in the active review process with first review completed and comments out to
developer.
0 12 rezonings are in the works with Orchard Ridge and Courtyards @ Robinson Church being some
of the larger developments.
0 The Summary of Pending Development Reviews has bene updated below.
• Mock Audit
o The Town is looking to perform the audit in the coming months. The audit will consist of four
main steps:
■ 1) Request for documents by HDR,
■ 2) Compilation of documents by Town,
■ 3) Review of documents by HDR, and
■ 4) Performance of Field Inspections and Interview of Staff (virtually) by Town and Staff
o The following dates were identified for the aforementioned steps September 91", September 23rd
October 51", and October 121", respectively.
o The Town will identify candidate sites for facility inspection, construction site inspections, and
post construction inspections and outfall inspections.
• Development of IDDE Policy
0 Town would like to focus on this item next after mock audit and ahead of NCDEQ audit. Begin
discussions at October meeting

• Ordinance Updates
o Town will be approving a number of ordinance changes. They include increasing the developer's
contribution to the SCM escrow amount, incorporating pet waste rules into ordinance, and
prohibiting fill in floodplain.
o Once the ordinance updates are approved the Town will publish Drainage Manual updates.
Including in these updates are the use of a new "Permit to Operate SCM" document that will be
issued to HOA's upon acceptance of roads. This addressed the gap presented by developer signed
maintenance agreements.
