High potential facilities should be inspected annually, and low potential facilities should be inspected once per permit term going forward. “No potential” facilities would only be inspected again if there was a change in status. The inspection should include the entire property including parking, storage, parks, etc. Regards, J Jeanette Powell MS4 Program Coordinator 919-707-3620 Jeanette.Powell@ncdenr.gov North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Division of Energy, Mineral & Land Resources Stormwater Program 512 N. We are also contracted by the town of Waynesville to help with their SWMP. I have compiled a list of the towned owned facilities and just have a few questions. We do inspect parking lots, correct? What about gravel parking lots, cell phone towers, parks w pavement, water towers, baseball fields. If it would be easier to set up a call. Let me know.
