Dear U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District Mr. Justin Bashaw,
As a North Carolinian and as a kayaker, I ask that you oppose the use of SolarBees in Jordan Lake, or other similar sites.
The mixers sit low in the water and could be easily missed by boaters, water skiers and jet skiers. More importantly, it is
unclear that they will be able to help solve the lake's pollution problem. Sustainable and effective solutions are needed,
not a quick fix.
