Common sense tells us that just mixing the algae around will not get rid of it. If anything breaking it up into small piece will just allow it to spread farther. I have not learned of any facts that the SolarBee system works in large bodies of water. That system has only been tested in small amounts of water. The Clean Waters Act requires that water pollutants be controlled at their source. That is the real place that your efforts should be placed. Another thing, the mixers will pose a very dangerous threat to boaters and swimmers because they are under the surface of the water and can't readily be seen. Boy, that really scares me! Thank you for your time and I hope you will think very carefully about this permit, Helen Cleereman 1018 Northview St. Garner, NC 27529 cleeremanh@att.net Don't just do what is right for the world, do what is best for the world.
