I truly hope that consideration of the SolarBee installation in Jordan Lake will look at the issues raised in the article
"Small problem with SolarBee 'science': dangerous fish" in the Raleigh News and Observer, page 21A.
The only way to actually protect the water supply in Jordan Lake is to control run off up stream from the lake. This has
been addressed but the state legislature has seen fit to bow to pressure from developers and business interest to avoid
the implementation of the restrictions by implementing the SolarBee. This will not do anything to address the real
problem.
