Dear U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District Mr. Justin Bashaw,
As a past resident of the Triangle area with family still there, I am concerned about the proposal to use SolarBees on
Jordan Lake. They do nothing to address major pollution problems in the lake such as nitrogen and phosphorus pollution
from upstream sources. As large floating objects, they also pose a potential hazard to recreational use.
Please oppose the use of SolarBees on Jordan Lake.
