Hi Caitlin
Thank you for calling today and letting me know that we had not responded to you concerning the 3-1-22
NOV. I received this along with the two 4-2-22 civil penalty letters and wrongly thought Jeff Wyatts letter, and
2 payments I sent, had satisfied our response requirements. We overlooked addressing the 3-1-22 NOV
separately.
We we attempting to address our water usage at one building all year last year, and had trouble getting help
onsite to stop the one or two day massive usages (sometimes weekends) due to malfunctioning fixtures and
limited oversight. We now have a plumber, Robert Speight, that is overseeing the issue daily, and he had
gotten us back to 800 gallons per day in January. He contracted Covid again in February and oversight
suffered. We are installing cameras on the meters so we can monitor remotely to increase oversight, and we
are improving fixtures as needed, and will eventually have all motion faucets at the facility. Stuck lavatories
still seem to be our Achilles heel, but I believe we will eventually have it consistently within our permitted
limits.
If there is ever any information needed we have not provided your office, please contact me anytime. We
want to get back to operating within our limits like we did for years.
Thanks
