Notes about the attachments:
I thought I read somewhere I am supposed to upload a copy of the letter approving dormancy status- that is the 2nd
file. If you don't need it, i apologize for any confusion that might create. I conducted an inspection of the site on April
21, 2022. The facility is still temporarily inactive [dormant], though we would like to retain the possibility to reopen if
economically feasible. Areas that lack permanent vegetative cover drain to the pit, ponds, or other BMPs. A decision to
permanently close the site has not been made, and the site has not undergone final reclamation.
