Thanks for pointing that out, Craig; I missed the date and time stamp amidst the seal. That should be just fine for our
purposes, though either way I'll need both valid signatures on the same copy of that FTA Certifications page. Just be
sure that if you go the route of getting original wet ink signatures from Trinity that you place a wet ink signature
alongside your seal.

Just for clarity, my seal on the FTA was signed via Bluebeam Revu's signature function, which requires my login. Is that
acceptable or do I need to provide a different signature? I will work with Trinity to get either a wet signature or
acceptable electronic signature on the forms from them.

Good morning Mr. Nursey:
I have begun to review the FastTrack application packet submitted for Covington Ridge Subdivision. It seems that the
information provided is sufficient, but the signatures unfortunately are not acceptable. To meet legal requirements, we
will need either the original wet -ink signatures or secure digital signatures from a program such as DocuSign or Adobe
Sign. Whenever you can, please resubmit the FTA and FTSE forms with these valid signatures.
I also noted that the FTSE from Thomasville was meant to be submitted separately, but I have not yet received it.
While I wait for these revisions and additional forms, I will begin entering the information provided and drafting your
permit so that we can turn out a final permit soon after everything is gathered.
