We do not know how much rip rap is there now. If you look at the one picture the neighbor
has a retaining wall at the shoreline that this homeowner wants to do as well. The only rip rap
we will be installing is to refresh existing as needed.

Please see attached signed Catawba Riparian form signed and to answer the question about
installing the rip/rap.
On the design it shows 0 feet below full pond. The rip rap is only being installed above the 760 line.
