Unfortunately the DMR upload for Permit No. NCG020000 submitted on 2/10/2022 could not be accepted for the
following reason:
Uploaded DMRs for three different permit numbers (NCG020267, NCG020761, NCG020266) and entered GP no.
"NCG020000" instead of the COC number. Please only upload DMRs for a *specific COC* at a time and enter the COC
number (not NCG020000). Please resubmit these DMRs with the correct COC number.
