On September 1, 2020, Chandler Concrete Co., Inc. (Chandler) purchased the Boone's Concrete Supply,
LLC plant equipment in Spruce Pine, NC, permit number NCG140326, facility identification 6100091.
• Due to property operational limitations, Chandler determined not to acquire the property.
• We have completed demolishing / salvaging and removing the batch plant at this location.
• Our Spruce Pine location is now located at 6945 US 19E, Spruce Pine, NC, permit number
NCG140497
• As the Corporate EHS Manager for Chandler, I will be the party responsible for environmental
permits and corporate point of contact for your office regarding water quality and required permits
for our operations. In addition, Environmental Specialist Ryan Foley, may also be contacted regarding

under this Article or a rule implementing this Article ... shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor which may include a fine not
to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000). 1 hereby request exclusion from NPDES stormwater permitting.
