41 Quarter 2021 DMR Submittals: Wastewater and Stormwater Analytical Results
Dear Mr. Denton:
Hanson Aggregates Southeast LLC is hereby submitting the original, signed hard copies of the
4th quarter Data Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for each stormwater permitted facility located in the
Raleigh region. Those NC sites are listed in the table below. For each site, we have included
DMRs for each wastewater outfall and DMRs for each stormwater DMR.

a) Outfalls to Outstanding Resource Waters (ORW) and High Quality Waters (HQW) have a Monthly Average Effluent Limit for TSS of 20 mg/L
and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 30 mg/L. Outfalls to Trout Waters (Tr) and Primary Nursery Areas (PNA) have a Monthly Average Effluent
Limit for TSS of 10 mg/L and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 15 mg/L. Industrial Sand and Phosphate mines discharging to all other water
classification have a Monthly Average Effluent Limit for TSS of 25 mg/L and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 45 mg/L.
b) See H-5 of the NCG020000 General Permit for turbidity requirements.
c) Only outfalls to HQW, ORW, SA, SB, PNA, or Tr waters are required to monitor for Settleable Solids.
d) Only outfalls to SA waters are required to monitor for Fecal Coliform
e) Only outfalls to SA, SB, and SC waters are required to monitor for Enterococcus

Notes (optional): Though not required, TPH samples are collected at the commingling WDO-1 outfall where VMA does occur.
