Construction Activities (NCG01) via a Notice of Termination (NOT). The NOT is available at
https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/NCGO1-Termination. Please note that this correspondence must be

the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973 and Construction NPDES
Stormwater General Permit.
