The North Carolina Ceriodaphnia chronic effluent bioassay procedure (North Carolina Chronic Bioassay Procedure - Revised *February 1987) or subsequent versions. The effluent concentration defined as treatment two in the North Carolina procedure document is q %. The ' 9 permit holder shall perform Quarterly monitoring using this procedure to establish compliance with the permit condition. The first test will be performed after thirty days from issuance of this permit during the months of jetit-, r Ju6 anti Oct . Effluent sampling for this testing shall beperformed at the NPD all treatment processes. permitted final effluent discharge below All toxicity testing results required as part of this permit condition will be entered on the Effluent Discharge Monitoring Form (MR-1) for the month in which it was performed, using the appropriate parameter code. Additionally, DEM Form AT-1 (original) is to be sent to the following address: Attention: Technical Services Branch North Carolina Division of Environmental Management P.O. Box 27687 Raleigh, N.C. 27611 Test data shalLbe complete and accurate and include all supporting chemical/physical measurements performed in association with the toxicity tests, as well as all dose/response data. Total residual chlorine of the effluent toxicity sample must be measured and reported if chlorine is employed for disinfection of the waste stream. Should any test data from this monitoring requirement or tests performed by the North Carolina Division of Environmental Management indicate potential impacts to the receiving stream, this pennit may be re -opened and modified to include alternate monitoring requirements or limits. NOTE. Failure to achieve test conditions as specified in the cited document, such as minimum control organism survival and appropriate environmental controls, shall constitute an invalid test and will require immediate retesting(within 30 days of initial monitoring event). Failure to submit suitable test results will constitute a failure of permit condition. 7Q10 6 cfs Permited Flow 6. 5 MGD IWC% 160 56 Basin & Sub -basin yA0 i3 Receiving Stream R Bear fy«K County 5*th if y **Chronic Toxicity (Cerio) Monitoring at 9 i See Part 3 , Condition %, Jah) Apr, Oct Iourn Ocz.kio(A)cv7P w - 0.5 mid 6Z (370 ,orate5A,G 50 20 7 ,,robs &l f3igg612aK Call bort) uj J1-P ors rr \ (5(s51ia.1a5I. a ;05 '88 DN' G(n • 4- rxi. a r ryfn5= o ffow-o.i c& 306i.zzr OW cis 005 a/, pia rii3 r L)3 (-s-0 . ia.51.3 a;5 'N OA = 900 r U C,a=Icocis t'r051 r 'S[15 a.IaSI 3aiDlg 7)rcr-1 odL &e eon, ltbcoti acctot 61tOuko 4-c/m ,:,e1A" 07Xel(a/~ r civ </-h Ct4 a o ' 1.0 = I. t1 q8 Co) ilc° I . 135 (Y7.) 1, a7 t(s' 1, 095( a,oCD6X) o. a ( ..) cCW) l7a ( ) /cp °ci . u -c oaf i& / C/c/ ake oiD 560 'AO /(r 6A.0 Su rn I nyl /girl EK.c.9 (Lyvti, wQS*U4120) 6.5ovv\cl zo TG S 5,0 vv8/ roc I000Aoo Ind 50 6Qc oSGS -6,00A'l(,) ()e)(0*7- 5c15 L° Ji w .) -R 1.R -r ow .-ta 1740-kUm0f) wsutt ()New Coy6(as70,the-,r) 4042.
