Part of shoreline bulkhead collapsed and has deteriorated. Intent is to
place additional rip rap above the existing rip rap to stop erosion and shore
up remaining wall

16000 lbs of rock to be placed on top of existing rip rap to help shore up
land line erosion. Vegetation is very minimal, only grass or small plants.
No trees to be disturbed in this process.

Application Fee:
Once the application has been accepted. You will need to send a corresponding fee in with the appropriate DWR#. The
application fee is as follows (pursuant to G.S. 143-215.3D):
o $240.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of less than 1 acre
o $570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
