To whom it may concern,
We here at Hildreth Readymix, LLC have received
a NOV. On February 161 Melissa Joyner came to
the facility which at the time there were no SPPP in
place, nor was it a secondary containment around the
diesel tank. Also, it was stated that an analytical
monitoring wasn't conducted, which we never have
any sc arge:
Since her visit the company has gotten a SPPP in
order that the permit requirements. They have also

folder which will make it easier to up for the next
inspection.
