A site visit was not conducted as part of this review. In 2021, The Town of Mooresville will continue efforts to remove material from the on -site Monofill. TCLP analysis was performed before sending the solids to a private landfill for final disposal. No elevated TCLP constituents were reported in the analytical data. No sludge has been placed into the monofill for over ten years. The MRO recommends the continued removal of material from the Monofill.
