WATER QUALITY LID MAINTENANCE • BMPS THAT ARE CONSTRUCTED ON PRIVATELY OWNED LAND AND THAT ARE NOT WITHIN A PUBLIC EASEMENT SHALL BE MAINTAINED BY A PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION OR THE OWNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.
