To whom it may concern,
The attached Fast Track application is being submitted for a proposed commercial
development, referred to as East Field Station. The site is located on Hucks Road in Charlotte,
Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. In totality, the proposed gravity sewer lines related to
the project will serve 402 apartment units, 110 townhomes, an amenity club house, and a
pool. For this site, Charlotte Water approved a capacity assurance of 81,293 gallons per day.
The proposed private gravity sewer lines related to this application will serve 252 of those
apartment units, 4 of the townhomes, the amenity club house, and the pool. The private flow
allocation for this development is 40,903 GPD (252 units x 135 gpd/unit; 4 townhomes x 190
gpd; 4,725 x 50 gpd/100 sf; 376 persons x 10 gpd/person).
